§ 156.12 DRAIN LAYER TO REGISTER; BOND; CASH DEPOSIT.
A drain layer may engage in the work of laying and connecting of tile, concrete and other nonmetallic piping for a sanitary or storm drainage system within a building, the laying and connecting of all tile, concrete and other nonmetallic piping, drain or waste pipes carrying domestic sewage or stormwater from the foundation walls of a building to the sewer service lateral in the street, alley, easement or other disposal terminal holding private or domestic sewage; the installation, repair, maintenance and work upon and in connection with the tile, concrete and other nonmetallic piping drain or waste pipes. A drain layer shall not devise any system of drainage, make any connection of the building drain at the junction of the public sewer, nor install any piping, fixtures or appurtenances which are integral parts of a plumbing system.
