§ 156.11 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No plumbing work of any kind, except minor repairs within buildings, shall hereafter be done without a permit being first issued therefor by the village.
   (B)   No permit shall be issued unless the person applying therefor shall hold a license as a plumbing contractor from an authorized state examining board or be the owner of the property.
   (C)   All plumbing work shall either be done by a licensed plumber or the owner of the property.
   (D)   Every plumbing contractor and self-employed journeyman plumber, engaging in the business of plumbing in the village, shall cause his name, his residence and his place of business to be registered with the village.
