All contractors licensed hereunder shall:
(A) Take adequate safeguards with work undertaken to protect from injury infants and other persons lawfully on the premises.
(B) Perform all work in compliance with the building code and zoning ordinance of the village.
(C) Take adequate safeguards and exercise care so as not to injure or destroy public property, and to reimburse the village for any damages that might be done to the village property.
