§ 150.15 STREET CLEANING DEPOSIT.
No building permit for construction of a principal structure, room addition or accessory building requiring a foundation shall be issued for any site within the village until an amount as set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule as set forth in in Section 12.02 of this code is posted with the village. Should any mud, stone, concrete, asphalt, tree branches or trunks, bushes, weeds, grass or any other debris whatsoever be deposited on any street within the village from the site, the cost of the cleanup plus an amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule as set forth in Section 12.02 of this code will be deducted from the escrow by the village. Further, the site shall be red tagged until the village is paid the amount, if any, of the cost of removal of the debris plus an amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule as set forth in Section 12.02 of this code exceeding the required escrow and until the required escrow is replaced. Notwithstanding the above stated, no builder shall be required to post more than the amount set forth in Section 12.02 at any 1 time in any 1 subdivision.
