§ 150.13 SITE GRADING PLANS.
No building permit for a principal structure shall be issued unless an individual lot site grading plan acceptable in form and content to the village engineer is submitted to the village building department. No certificate of occupancy shall be issued unless, following completion of construction, an Illinois licensed professional engineer or surveyor certifies that the foundation elevation and final grading are substantially in accord with the approved grading plan for the site.
   The village building department in its discretion may require a limited grading plan for additions or construction of accessory buildings or uses.
