(A) There is hereby created a plan commission for the village. The plan commission shall consist of 7 members to be appointed by the village president with the advice and consent of the board of trustees.
(B) As of May 9, 2011, the members of the plan commission shall also serve as members of the zoning board of appeals, and the chair of the zoning board of appeals shall also serve as the chair of the plan commission. The resignation, removal, or replacement of any member from the zoning board of appeals shall be deemed to be a resignation, removal, or replacement from the plan commission.
