§ 32.12 ORGANIZATION.
The members of the economic development commission shall elect any other officers that they may deem necessary, and shall hold such meetings and establish such rules and regulations as said commission shall deem necessary and proper for carrying on its functions. For meeting purposes, any 4 commissioners shall constitute a quorum.
