§ 32.10 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the economic development commission shall be to develop a plan for the maintenance and revitalization of economic growth within the village by assuring opportunities for development or redevelopment and attracting sound and stable functions as the village president and board of trustees shall from time to time designate.
