§ 134.04 PATRONIZING A PROSTITUTE.
It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any of the following acts with a person not his or her spouse:
   (A)   Engage in an act of sexual intercourse or deviant sexual conduct with a prostitute; or
   (B)   Enter or remain in a place of prostitution with intent to engage in an act of sexual intercourse or deviant sexual conduct.
