§ 131.05 FALSE ALARM OF FIRE OR NEED FOR POLICE OR AMBULANCE ASSISTANCE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to intentionally make, turn in, or give a false alarm of fire or need for police or ambulance assistance or to aid or abet in the commission of such act or to make to, or file with, the police department, any false, misleading or unfounded statement or report concerning the commission or alleged commission of any crime occurring within the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to act in a reckless or careless manner or in a wilful and wanton manner so as to cause a false alarm of fire or need for police or ambulance assistance to be given so as to set off any electronic device provided and maintained for the purpose of giving alarms of the need for police or fire protection or assistance.
