§ 131.01 IMPERSONATING A VILLAGE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.
No person shall falsely represent himself to be an officer or employee of this village or, without being duly authorized by the village, shall exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of a village officer or employee.
