§ 31.150 CREATION OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT.

There is created the office of the village engineer, an executive office of the village. The person filling this office shall be an Illinois registered professional engineer. He shall be appointed by the president by and with the advice and consent of the board of trustees. The village engineer shall be subject to the direction of the village administrator on a day to day basis.
