Every person except those persons who are specifically exempted by this Chapter who conducts a massage establishment without first obtaining a permit and paying a license fee to do so from the Village, or shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, such person shall be punished by a fine in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during which a violation exists shall constitute a separate and individual misdemeanor.
