§ 31.120 CREATION OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT.
There is hereby created the office of village treasurer. The treasurer shall be appointed by the president by and with the advice and consent of the board of trustees and shall hold office for a period of 1 year unless otherwise provided by ordinance.
