§ 31.109 BOND.
The village collector shall give bond in sum as may be required by the mayor and board of trustees. The bond shall be conditioned upon faithful performance of the village collector of the duties of the office and shall be conditioned to indemnify the village for any loss by reason of any neglect of duty or wrongful act on the part of the village collector.
