§ 31.105 CREATION OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT.
There is hereby established and created the office of village collector, and the person holding such office shall be the head of the village collection department and designated as the village collector. The village collector shall be appointed by the mayor by and with the consent of the village board of trustees, having a term of 1 year.
