§ 115.86 COMMON SUGAR BOWLS.
It shall be unlawful for any restaurant to place for public use any open sugar bowl where sugar is available to all persons by the use of a spoon. This Section does not prohibit dispensers where the sugar dispenser is enclosed by a top with a small hole and the sugar is obtained by shaking or tipping the dispenser.
