§ 115.83 UTENSILS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The use of any utensils used in the preparation, service, and sale of food or drink which is badly worn or rusted, or the use of cracked dishes or glassware in a condition that it cannot be rendered clean and sanitary by washing, is prohibited.
   (B)   Equipment or utensils made of crockery, pottery, porcelain, enamelware or other material, the surface of which may become chipped or otherwise damaged to an extent that dirt, grease, verdigris or disease germs may collect or stick to the damaged edges, or whose damaged edges chip or become loose and get into food, or endanger life or health shall not be used after the damage or break of the inside surface is present, but shall at once be discarded or repaired.
