§ 115.78 HABITS OF EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   All persons handling food or drink shall be cleanly in their habits, must wash their hands before beginning work and after visiting toilet. Individual soap and towels shall be provided for the employees.
   (B)   All persons handling food shall wear clean, washable outer garments and approved cloth head bands, hair nets, or caps. Adequate toilets, dressing rooms, and lockers for each sex shall be provided for the employees.
