§ 115.73 REFRIGERATORS.
All refrigerators, ice boxes and other appurtenances thereof used for the storage of food and drink shall be kept clean and sanitary and in good repair, and the compartments used for the storage of ice shall be lined with some proper metallic substance so as to be water-tight. No food shall be placed directly on ice or ice coils. All readily perishable food or drink shall be kept at or below 50 degrees Fahrenheit except when being prepared or served. Waste water from refrigeration equipment shall be properly disposed of.
