§ 115.67 COUNTERS, SHELVES, SHOW CASES AND WINDOWS.

All show or display cases or windows, counters or shelves, used in keeping and displaying food and drink shall be kept clean and sanitary, free from dust, dirt and other contaminating material, and in good repair. All food containers shall also be elevated at least two feet from the floor.
