§ 115.63 INSPECTIONS.
It shall be the duty of the Health Officer, from time to time, to inspect and examine all restaurants for the purpose of ascertaining whether all subchapters of the village and the laws of the state relative to the keeping of restaurants are being complied with. It shall be the duty of every keeper of a restaurant to permit the inspections to be made, and when required to furnish samples of any food kept, sold, offered for sale or served in the restaurants, which samples shall be examined or analyzed by, or under the direction of the Health Officer. A record of each examination or analysis shall be made and kept on file in his office.
