§ 115.61 DEFINITIONS.
For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ITINERANT RESTAURANT. A restaurant operating for a temporary period in connection with a fair, carnival, circus, public exhibition, or other similar gathering. Itinerant restaurants do not include food trucks, which are regulated by §§ 115.50 through 115.52 of this code.
   RESTAURANT. Any restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, short order cafe, luncheonette, tavern, sandwich stand, soda fountain, and any other eating or drinking establishment, or kitchen or other place in which food or drink is prepared for sale elsewhere.
