The Health Officer shall inspect or cause to be inspected as often as he deems necessary every automatic food vending machine and automatic food vending machine operation located and conducted in the village to determine whether all applicable provisions of this code are being complied with. The investigation shall be made in accordance with Chapter 110 of this code.
