An application for a license to install, keep, maintain or use an automatic food vending machine shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of this code relating to applications for licenses. The application also shall state the types of automatic food vending machines intended to be operated, a description of each type, and the number of employees to be involved in servicing the machines.
