§ 115.23 SANITARY REGULATIONS.

Premises used for the sale or storage of food intended for human consumption must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It shall be unlawful to permit any accumulation of refuse, or waste of any kind thereon for more than 24 hours; and it shall be unlawful to permit any decaying animal or plant matter to remain on any premises at all.
