§ 115.21 UNWHOLESOME FOOD.

(A) No person, firm or corporation shall sell, offer for sale or keep for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any food of any kind which is spoiled or tainted or is unwholesome and unfit for human consumption, for any reason.

(B) All tainted or unwholesome food intended for human consumption may be condemned by the Board of Health, and shall thereupon be seized and destroyed by the Board of Health, the Health Officer or Police Chief of the village.
