For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD DEALER. Every person, firm or corporation engaged in conducting or operating any of the following businesses:
(1) Fruit store or establishment for the retail sale of fresh fruit and berries.
(2) Grocery store, or establishment for the sale or retail of butter, cheese, vegetable or other provisions.
(3) Ice cream parlor.
(4) Restaurant.
(5) Meat market or establishment for the retail sale of fresh meat, poultry and fish.
(6) Retail beverage store.
FOOD. Any food or beverage intended for human consumption.
