The Health Officer and authorized inspectors under the Health Department shall have a right at all times to enter to make inspection and record of the condition of any bakery as they may deem necessary. If the inspection discloses a lack of conformity with the provisions of this subchapter, the Health Officer may require the changes, alterations or renovations as may be necessary to make the bakery conform with the provisions of this subchapter. The Health Officer may issue additional rules and regulations as in his opinion may be deemed in the interests of public health, upon notice to persons holding licenses under this subchapter.
