§ 115.01 DEFINITION.
For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   BAKERY. Any place used for any process of mixing, compounding or baking, for sale or for the purpose of a restaurant, bakery or hotel, any bread, biscuits, pretzels, crackers, buns, rolls, macaroni, cake, pies or any food product of which flour or meal is a principal ingredient, or in which any potato or other chips are made or prepared. Licensed restaurants in which any of the foregoing food products are mixed and baked for consumption in the restaurant only, and in places where food is baked for home use or consumption only, shall not be considered bakeries.
