The village administrator shall be subject to removal from office during the term of his appointment as provided in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3.1-35-10. If he is terminated by the village for any reason other than removal pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3.1-35-10, he shall be paid a sum of money equal to his then current salary for a 90 day period plus an amount of money necessary to keep his insurance benefits in existence for 90 days subsequent to his termination. This sum shall be reduced by any deductions required by law.
