§ 113.057 PLEDGES FROM MINOR.
No person licensed under this subchapter shall take or receive in pawn or pledge for money loaned, any property, bond, note, security, article or other valuable thing from any minor or the ownership of which is in, or which is claimed by, any minor, or which may be in the possession or under the control of any minor.
