Vehicles used for collection of junk shall be kept in a good state of repair and the Health Officer shall inspect the vehicles and report to the Village Collector whether or not the license maintains his vehicle in a reasonably safe condition. Each licensee shall take his vehicle to the police station at least once every month for an inspection.
