In addition to the foregoing license, each keeper of a junk shop or junkyard or paper dealer collecting by vehicle shall pay an additional license fee in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code. Upon receipt of license for use of each vehicle, wagon, truck or push cart, he shall receive a sign or plate from the Village Collector stating the nature of the license, the year for which used and the number of the license issued. The plate or sign shall be firmly affixed on the vehicle and be readily visible. He shall pay to the Village Collector the sum in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
