For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
JUNK SHOP. Any place where secondhand furniture, junk, clothing, jewelry, rags, old metal and miscellaneous articles of personal property are bought or sold and where all articles are kept in a building(s). This term does not include any place selling secondhand furniture where the furniture is taken in on trade, the business not being the main business in which the seller is engaged.
JUNKYARD. Any place where miscellaneous junk, rags, old metal or iron are kept upon premises partly within and partly outside the confines of a building. A junkyard also includes automobile wrecking yards where automobiles are wrecked, parts sold, and the balance disposed of for junk. It does not include an automobile sales yard where no cars are wrecked.
PAPER DEALER. A person who engages only in the collecting, baling and selling of paper.
