(A) Applications for auctioneer's licenses, or for a single auction, shall state thereon the place of business intended to be occupied, if any, or the place of auction; and the applications shall give the names of any employees - not to exceed 2 - who are to be authorized to conduct auctions under the authority of the license.
(B) No license shall be issued to any but a person of good character; the Village Police Chief shall investigate the character of each applicant before the license shall be issued.
