§ 31.025 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
The president shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the board of trustees, all officers of the village whose appointment or election is not otherwise provided for. Any vacancies occurring in appointive offices shall be filled in the same manner. The president shall submit all appointments to the board of trustees for each year not later than the June meeting.
