§ 112.150 NOTICE TO VILLAGE CLERK.
It shall be the duty of any person(s) conducting, calling for or managing any gathering in any premises other than a theater, lodge room, or auditorium building constructed as provided in § 112.001 of this Chapter, to notify the Village Clerk of the date of the intended use at least 10 days before the meeting is to take place; upon the notice the Village Police Chief or the Building Inspector shall inspect the premises to determine whether or not they comply with the provisions hereof. Any permit issued for any gathering shall be subject to the condition that this Chapter be fully complied with, whether or not the condition is embodied in the permit.
