§ 112.145 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
It shall be unlawful to hold, manage or conduct any meeting or entertainment of any kind in the Village, in any premises other than a building constructed in full compliance with the provisions of this Code, for auditorium, theater or lodge room purposes, excepting in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.
