(A) It shall be unlawful to permit any person, other than an usher or other employee, to remain standing in a hall in which a theatrical performance is presented during the time of the performance; and it shall be unlawful to admit into any hall more persons than can be accommodated by the seating arrangements for the premises.
(B) It shall be unlawful to cause or permit any disturbance at any theatrical performance.
