§ 112.111 APPLICATIONS; INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   Applications for licenses shall be made in conformance with the provisions of the village ordinances relating to licenses, and shall specify the location of the proposed dance or dances and the person or organization sponsoring the same.
   (B)   No license shall be issued to a person who is not a person of good moral character, nor to a corporation or organization which is not represented in the village by a person of good moral character.
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the village marshal to make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each applicant and report the results to the village clerk.
