Any person securing an annual license for motion pictures naming a specific place or building in which the performances are to be presented may present therein any number of performances, including theatricals, during the year for which the license was secured without having to pay any additional fee. The annual license fee for the license shall be in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
