§ 112.057 LICENSE RESTRICTION.
No license shall be granted unless upon investigation it shall appear that:
   (A)   The moving route is approved by the Village Police Chief;
   (B)   The place at which it is desired to operate the carnival or circus is a fit and proper place and;
   (C)   The entertainments desired to be given are not in violation of any provision of this code.
