No person shall keep open, operate or play upon any bowling alley, ball or pin alley, licensed hereunder, between the hour of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. provided that no minors under the age of 14 years not in the company of a parent, guardian or other person having the lawful custody of the minor, shall be permitted to remain in the bowling alley, ball or pin alley after the hour of 11:00 p.m.
