§ 111.43 RESPONSIBILITY OF LICENSEE FOR EMPLOYEE ACTIONS.
For purposes of this chapter, the actions or inactions of any employee, agent or representative of a licensee shall be directly imputed to the licensee who shall be directly responsible for such actions or inactions.
