§ 111.42 INSPECTIONS AUTHORIZED; REFUSAL TO GRANT ADMITTANCE.

It shall be unlawful at any time to refuse to grant admittance to the premises for which any liquor license has been issued to any police officer, employee or official of the Village for the purpose of determining whether or not any provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Act or this chapter are being violated.
