§ 111.37 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sell, dispense or allow the consumption of any alcoholic liquor in the Village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day.
   (B)   No persons, other than employees of the licensed establishments, shall be on the licensed premises after closing hours and no persons including employees shall possess, consume or receive alcoholic liquors on premises after closing hours except as follows:
      (1)   Restaurants, hotels and clubs may be kept open but no alcoholic liquor may be sold, dispensed or consumed on the premises.
      (2)   Stores which sell alcoholic liquor in original packages and not for consumption on the premises may be kept open provided that signs prohibiting the sale of alcoholic liquor during the hours within which the sale of liquor is prohibited are clearly posted in the area of the store containing the alcoholic liquor and also in the area of the store where the checkout lines are located.
