§ 111.27 LIQUOR HEARINGS, APPEAL.
All liquor hearings before the Village President shall be conducted according to State law and an official record of the proceedings shall be taken down by a certified court reporter. All appeals to the Illinois Liquor Control Commission for review of orders issued by the Village President pursuant to the hearings shall be on the record.
