§ 111.21 RECORD OF LICENSES; DISPOSITION OF FEES.
   (A)   The Village President shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all licenses issued by the Village.
   (B)   All application fees shall be paid to the Village at the time application is made and are nonrefundable.
