It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give away or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer's license issued by the village or for any person to sell, give away or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor in violation of the terms of the license. Every licensee shall have their license framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place for viewing by the public in the licensed premises.
